Anderson leaves it late
Grant Anderson struck late on as Raith snatched a 1-1 draw away to Morton.
It was the visitors that came closest to taking an early lead when Kevin Moon's drive from the middle of the box came crashing off the bar.
The hosts would break the deadlock from the penalty spot, though, six minutes before the interval. After Liam Fox was judged to have handled in the box, Dougie Imrie stepped up and smashed the spot-kick home into the top corner.
David McGurn came to Rovers' aid after the break when the keeper was forced to make a save from Reece Hands' strike.
Morton continued to put the Raith keeper under pressure, forcing him into two saves in a matter of minutes. First he fumbled Imrie's shot before getting in a solid block in to keep Hands out.
And the hosts were left to rue their wasted chances as Anderson snatched an equaliser 13 minutes from time, slotting home Lewis Vaughan's pass from six-yards out.
