Injury Update for Berwick Game

With tomorrow's match against joint-bottom Berwick seemingly going ahead, Morton's defensive absentees remain unchanged from the ill-fated game against Forfar that was to take place last Saturday.

Stuart McCluskey's suspension, given for a reckless and silly sending-off against Brechin in November, carries over to tomorrow's match. His centre-back colleague, Stewart Greacen, is still reeling from the hamstring injury that decomissioned him during the Cove Rangers cup victory. In their place could be anyone from Derek Collins, Dean Keenan, Peter Weatherson, Scott Bannerman - but not the injured Alan Gilbride.

Up front, things are looking a bit rosier, with the whole squad available and unafflicted by injury. Chris Templeman, the big-name signing from Brechin, will hopefully take to the pitch tomorrow, although it is unknown who his striking partner will be.

Berwick, who have ascended to ninth place on goal difference following a four-point harvest from their last two matches, will be looking to continue their momentum-building that recently culminated in a 3-1 cup victory over a flailing and lacklustre Dumbarton side.
