Injury And Team News for Dumbarton Tie

Jim McInally welcomes Stuart McCluskey back to the squad, as the central defender has now served out his suspension. Peter Weatherson, who missed Monday's 2-2 draw with Berwick, returns from his minor injury.

The big news today, however, is that the arrival of Sean Dillon from Kilmarnock on a 6 month loan deal is apparently confirmed. Providing all the paperwork is taken care off, the left-back will take to the pitch today to make his debut mere hours after signing for the club.

The arrival of Dillon is good news for Morton's ailin defence, as Marc McCulloch, the club's other left back, is still not match fit. Another defensive casualty is Stewart Greacen, still unready for first-team action following his hamstring injury against Cove Rangers in the Scottish Cup. Other than these two casualties, however, the rest of the team is ready to play. Jim McInally hopes that this mostly fit squad can bounce back from the disappointment of dropping two points against the "foul English" last week. He earlier told the press,  "We're almost at full strength now and I expect that will make a big difference to us." He may or may not have added, "Intae these Dumbarton cants, especially Eddie Annand."
