In Retrospect, It's Not Really A Crisis

Following yesterday's doom-and-gloom report about the injury situation at Cappielow, eternal pessimists can slightly raise their petted lip today at the news that Stewart Greacen has passed his late fitness test.

The monolithic defender will take to the pitch today in a "new-look" (i.e. bare bones) Morton defence, without Stuart McCluskey at his side.

It remains to be seen whether or not Alloa's casualties - Brown Ferguson and Ross Hamilton - can overcome their respective thigh and groin injuries. Other than that, Tom "Wildcat" Hendrie will most likely name an unchanged squad to the team that overcame Dumbarton 1-0 at the rock this midweek.
